**Implementation of the HACCP system in cooperation with the quality consulting center includes the step-by-step implementation of the following works:
**On-site study of the enterprise's infrastructure and inventory, analysis of compliance with Georgian legislation and standard requirements;
** Studying the procedure for production of enterprise documentation, analyzing compliance with the requirements of the Georgian legislation and standard, and determining the gap between the requirements of the standard and reality;
** Development of individual reports in written form as a result of studying the enterprise. Essential points of the report: the gap between the current situation and the requirements of the standard. A time-bound action plan of specific actionable steps to eliminate the deficit;
** Analysis of the technical characteristics of the works required to bring the infrastructure into compliance with the HACCP system.
** Analysis of the technical characteristics of the work required to bring the inventory into compliance with the HACCP system;
** Developing the necessary documents for the perfect functioning of the HACCP system.
** Training of responsible persons separated from the enterprise on the following issues;
** Food hygiene
** System based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
** Implementation of the HACCP system in the enterprise taking into account 5 preparatory stages and 7 principles.
** Submission of compliance report, indication of corrective measures, if necessary, and determination of remedial timelines/responsible persons.
** According to the results of the inspection of the National Food Agency, the implementation of corrective measures, if any.
** The company undertakes to carry out at its own expense all the necessary actions to correct the performed works in the next 1 year after the completion of the implementation of the HACCP system in the enterprise, in order to eliminate the errors and non-conformities revealed as a result of the inspection by the National Food Agency, in the event that the remarks of the National Food Agency are caused by the notices issued by the company Based on the recommendations.
